Nanotechnology - incredibly small, incredibly powerful

Nanotechnology has been attracting more and more attention worldwide and has been described as the key technology of the 21st century. The term "nano" is derived from the ancient Greek word "nanos", meaning dwarf. Research in the field of nanotechnology is concerned with the smallest particles of which materials are composed.

The principles of products which possess exceptional properties rest upon this, the level of the smallest of dimensions. The use of nanotechnology allows us to alter the properties of surfaces in a specific manner to produce almost any desired functionality.
